**Customer Experience Specialist - Asset Management**

**The Client**

Our client is a mining systems company that specializes in providing integrated solutions for the mining industry to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety. They have a suite of solutions that encompass various technologies, including fleet management, asset health monitoring, data analytics, and more.

**The Role**

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and usage of the asset management system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extraction and analysis of data to the specifications required by the business.
- Produce insights that can help our client to make better strategic decisions.
- Senior level technical support.
- Coordinate implementations / support in-field installations.
- Manage Asset Management workplace Health and Safety.
- System Documentation

**Your profile**
- Customer focused (Stakeholder engagement) with great communication skills and can translate technical to non-technical & vice versa.
- An excellent level of knowledge of software products used in the mining industry, such as asset management software and SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience in providing technical support to customers using mining equipment and software-based asset health solutions.
- Understanding of mining equipment functionalities and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers to address their technical issues and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in using various business intelligence (BI) and analytics tools to generate reports and analyse data.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in software-based systems and hardware issues to provide efficient and timely support to customers.
