**What is the role?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Credit and Debit Management**:
- Assist in the monitoring and management of credit and debit accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all collections efforts.
- Support the preparation of reports related to credit and debit activities.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
- ** Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to the centralised team.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in processes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

**About You**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a financial or centralised team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
