Title**:PMO - Project Management Officer**

Excellent opportunity to join one of Sydney's Leading Financial Services Institutions to assist with the PMO management, coordination, reporting and support of the delivery leads in the delivery of a large-scale risk and regulatory change portfolio. Multi-year initial program (contract extensions already scoped into the role) with strong career growth and promotion potential.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Ensure adherence to existing Program and Project management processes and controls and proactively contribute to their improvement, evolution, and measurement of their performance.
- Ownership of day-to-day PMO activities such as risk & issue management (RAID reporting), status reporting, and general Administration across the program
- Ensure that program and project progress is visible to teams and stakeholders through the creation of appropriate and timely program and project MI and reporting for key stakeholder consumption, including, but not limited to the monthly Business Change Steering Board
- Ability to work in a growing portfolio/program as the transformation initiative scales up over time
- Experience overseeing core programme and project controls required to ensure successful delivery of business change and transformation.
- Experience in acting as a Senior PMO analyst, PMO Manager or PMO Lead on a large scale Program of work
- Extensive experience of senior stakeholder engagement and ability to understand and navigate organisations.
- Prior financial services experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Clear communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Willingness to work in a cohesive and supportive team, participate in Friday virtual-drinks/social events and other team bonding activities
