We're looking to bring a experienced PMO to support on project administration tasks within our clients B2B Digital Domain. Looking at a 6 month contract to commence as soon as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Day to day Financial Administration for large scale project _
- Manage current expenditure, plan forward outlook in line with project budgets
- Work with internal finance teams to reconcile expenses
- Manage purchase order and receipting/fulfilment (through Oracle systems)
- Ensure forecasts are accurately updated in Clarity, and relevant project tracker spreadsheets
- _Timesheet submission and approval management for existing contractors/squad members_
- Managing sick leave/days off requests
- Working with IM/DL/PO to ensure adequate resourcing commitments in place for roadmap deliverables
- _High level project delivery management, including_
- Supporting the delivery manager, iteration manager and Product owner in day to day delivery management/operations
- Supporting and maintaining high level delivery roadmaps across the B2B domain for senior leaders (in consultation with DM/PO/IM)
- Ensuring projects are on time/schedule
- Providing insights/recommendations to PO/DM/IM and Senior leaders

**Skills needed**:

- Familiarity using systems such as Clarity, Oracle iProcurement systems or other budget management/invoicing systems
- Good senior stakeholder management experience
- Fluent in using Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office suite products
- Background and experience as a PMO on large, complex projects in an agile organisation
