Duty Manager/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous service
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant
- Supervise and train all staff members, including servers and bartenders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor and control all financial aspects of the restaurant, including sales, expenses, and profits
- Assist in developing and implement promotions and special events to increase sales
- Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the menu and service offerings
- Maintains all required licenses, permits, health and safety compliance and maintains an accurate inventory of all items in the bar and kitchen
- Assists the manager in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of employees
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and industry standards
- Available to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
