About The Role

We are on the hunt for a superstar Duty Manager at our Eaton Fair store preferable with Barista experience and Supervising experience. This role will start as Casual and will progress to Part-time or Full-time

The Duty Managers report to the Assistant/Cafe Managers to support in running the cafe. With passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, you'll be responsible for:

- Supervising and coaching a large team to deliver the 'sweetest' experience and products
- Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Supporting with store operations and standards
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers

About You

- Must have experience as a supervisor or strong hospitality experience ready to take the next step up
- Barista experience essential
- Flexible with your availability as it includes night and weekend work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
