**Your opportunity**

We are looking for a **Riteq Support Officer **to play a critical role to provide guidance in the use of Riteq (time and attendance system), ensuring correct processes are followed to support optimum business performance.

Reporting to the Riteq Support Manager, this role will drive collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders including Group Manager, Payroll Operations, Payroll Manager, Payroll Officers at all levels.

Key responsibilities
- Provide a point of contact for operational staff needing support with RITE for rostering award compliance
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided to internal stakeholders, identify, and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support the implementation of Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies, procedures, practices
- Support local roll-out of systems enhancement/implementation e.g., implementation of the Riteq time and attendance system

**About you**
- You will have high attention to detail and excellent analytic, reporting and data management skills.
- Prior experience with Time and Attendance systems (specifically Riteq and Chris21) is desirable, along with an understanding of payroll best practice.
- You will have consulting experience along with strong data quality management skills.
- Ability to interpret Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions
- Demonstrated experience investigating and actioning Historical edits to timesheets
- High level of technical skills including Excel spreadsheets and databases involving use of statistical and financial formulae
- Current Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance
- Be willing to provide a confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1, 2 & booster)
- Be willing to undergo a national police check
