About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Officer to play a critical role in providing guidance on our time and attendance system, Riteq. The successful candidate will ensure correct processes are followed to support optimum business performance.

The position will drive collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders including Group Manager, Payroll Operations, Payroll Manager, and Payroll Officers at all levels.

  • Provide a point of contact for operational staff needing support with rostering award compliance
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided to internal stakeholders, identify, and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Support the implementation of Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies, procedures, practices
  • Support local roll-out of systems enhancement/implementation e.g., implementation of the Riteq time and attendance system

About You

We are looking for someone with high attention to detail and excellent analytic, reporting, and data management skills. Prior experience with Time and Attendance systems (specifically Riteq and Chris21) is desirable, along with an understanding of payroll best practice.

  • You will have consulting experience along with strong data quality management skills
  • Ability to interpret Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions
  • Demonstrated experience investigating and actioning Historical edits to timesheets
  • High level of technical skills including Excel spreadsheets and databases involving use of statistical and financial formulae
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance
  • Confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1, 2 & booster)
  • National police check
