**About the Role**

Join B&H Worldwide, the Best in Class Global Aerospace Logistics Company, as a Trainee Operations & Customer Service Coordinator. This entry-level role provides a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in logistics, supported by an award-winning team and industry-leading systems. Youll work closely with the Operations team to coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer service while gaining valuable experience in compliance, operations, and customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Compliance**

Ensure all export and import processes comply with Australian regulations, including security and safety standards.

Adhere to ISO 2015 QMS requirements, working accurately within Australian operating procedures and customs law.
- ** Operations**

Coordinate shipments per customer instructions, following customer SOPs and liaising with overseas offices and other B&H departments.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure shipments are recorded in the company system.

Assist with arranging On-Board Courier (OBC) shipments as needed.
- ** Profitability**

Verify correct costing is recorded for each file.

Escalate concerns to the Operations Manager or Account Customer Service Manager.
- ** Customer Focus**

Build and maintain strong customer relationships alongside internal teams.

Understand and meet individual customer needs and requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Interest in or basic knowledge of Air Export processes (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Dangerous Goods awareness is an advantage.
