The Opportunity
As a Graduate Financial Adviser, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to build the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the financial services industry.
You will work closely with Partners, Senior Advisers, Accountants, and other industry professionals gaining hands on experience across various areas of financial planning.
The program will cover key areas :
Core Administration & Client Services : Master the fundamentals
Paraplanning :Develop technical expertise and research skills
Advice Associate :Learn to implement strategies with confidence
Financial Planner :Transition into a fully qualified financial planner, completing the FASEA Professional Year as part of the process.
Who We're Looking For
Recent graduates with a degree in Business, Financial Planning, Accounting, or a related field, or Undergraduates currently pursuing a qualification in these fields
A commitment to ongoing education within the financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Eagerness to learn and understand all aspects of the financial services profession
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
