We're looking for a **GTM Workforce Planning Manager** to join our Revenue Operations team in APAC. You will bringing together the GTM business strategy and aligning this with our people and team strategy to support the business in achieving our Revenue goals in an efficient and effective way.

This is achieved through establishing GTM workforce forecast modelling, capacity planning against current and future GTM strategy, and driving collaboration with key stakeholders to secure this alignment across the GTM organisation.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Building robust models to support with Forecasting, Modelling and Reporting relating to the GTM Workforce
- Establish core metrics to track performance/productivity aligned to GTM forecasts
- Identify proactive insights/initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity improvements across the GTM organisation
- Meaningfully interpret the above data to help facilitate positive discussions with key stakeholders on actions to be taken from the above insights
- Model out future capacity requirements in-line with evolving GTM strategy
- Risk mitigation planning and strategy
- Support with building business cases for additional headcount or introduction of new tooling to better improve our workforce efficiencies and experience

And a little bit of
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the customer journey and identify how this can be improved through strength in workforce planning

**What you need to bring**:

- Experience in building Commercial Models and relating these back to capacity and workforce requirements
- Demonstrate experience working with multiple stakeholders and achieving buy-in relating to establishing new routines and ways-of-working across an organisation
- Exposure working in environments with incomplete or inconsistent data
- Distilling a wide range of data from multiple sources into core insights with clear recommendations
