We are currently looking for a **Customer Success Representative** in Melbourne to support our clients in maximizing their use of RestoSuite's intelligent system, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

Customer Support**:Assist clients in using the RestoSuite system, providing training and troubleshooting support.

Technical Guidance: Quickly learn and master the software features to help clients optimize operations.

Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Problem-Solving: Identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Feedback & Improvement**:Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.

**Requirements**:
**Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn software quickly

**Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Have own transportation is a plus **(some client site visits may be required)**

**Hospitality industry experience is a plus **(restaurants, hotels, etc.)**

**Multilingual skills are a plus **(e.g., Mandarin, French, Japanese, etc.)**

**Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
