**About the Role**:
The Workforce Policy and Integrity team of People Branch plays a key role in implementing strategies and actions to mitigate risk, contribute to the management of the department's governance framework, build a strong culture, support leadership, and sustain workplace integrity. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners the role ensures responsiveness to current and future needs.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide high level advice and support with respect to complex integrity and conduct matters as they relate to workforce.
- Develop and ensure the provision of training and coaching to senior management.
- Research, analyse and prepare significant policies and projects that respond to issues of integrity.
- Lead engagement across People branch, the department, key stakeholders and other agencies to develop briefings, initiatives and policy.
- Establish performance and accountability frameworks including indicators, measures and reporting.
