**About the company**
This high-performing and well regarded Australian property business is private equity backed and in strong growth phase. They have successfully expanded their operations with new investments, and as a result they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step up into an People and Culture Manager role.

**About the role**
Based in their Sydney offices, the role will support approximately 150 employees nationally. Working closely with the General Manager People and Culture and supported by a capable People and Development Associate Consultant, you will provide advice and guidance to the business on the full employee lifecycle to enhance engagement and support strategic business objectives and goals. You will oversee the HRIS and reporting, the annual health and wellbeing program and be involved in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Remuneration and Benefits, as well as Communications and Events.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have HR or Business related Qualifications and be looking to leverage your experience as an HRBP to step into a leadership role. With exposure to the full HR remit and end to end employee lifecycle, you will be self-motivated, action orientated, love building relationships and have the ability to think creatively in order to achieve meaningful and impactful initiatives. Working in a small cohesive team, you will be happy to be flexible and pitch in where required.
