Overview
We're on the hunt for a self-motivated sales professional in Melbourne to join All Electric Homes.
You'll be selling solutions like solar, batteries, heat pumps, EV chargers, and energy-efficient heating/cooling systems, helping homes and businesses ditch gas and lower energy bills.
We're not just looking for a "closer" — we want someone who believes in the mission, connects with customers, and sees the bigger picture in the transition to all-electric living.

Flexible arrangements: commission, base + commission, or subcontractor structure
Responsibilities
Sell solutions such as solar, batteries, heat pumps, EV chargers, and energy-efficient heating/cooling systems
Engage with customers to understand needs and present the value of electrification and renewables
Build relationships and contribute to the transition to all-electric living
Collaborate with a team and work towards sales targets while upholding the company mission
Qualifications
Sales experience, Melbourne-based
Passion for electrification and renewables
Ability to connect with customers and see the bigger picture
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
