Position Profile
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join Next Step Services as a Program Manager. In this position, the successful candidate (in consultation with the co-directors of Hospital Logistics and Acute Access) will be responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day delivery of Next Step Drug & Alcohol Service programs. The successful candidate will plan, develop, coordinate, implement, evaluate and report on program activities as well as the operational management of physical, human, and financial resources of the program. The candidate will work collaboratively with partners, including NGO providers, to implement the Integrated Services Service Model. The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) comprises a network that serves more than 800,000 Western Australians in its catchment area, providing a range of tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including emergency and critical care, trauma, surgery, medical, mental health, palliative care, rehabilitation and women's, children's and neonates services. EMHS includes Royal Perth Hospital; Armadale Health Service; Bentley Health Service; Kalamunda Hospital; St John of God Midland Public Hospital and associated community services.

Community programs including the Community Pharmacotherapy Program and the Clinical Advisory Service
