We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a **Regional Manager **in **Sydney East Metro (Miranda and surrounding sites) **to** **lead our people within the Workforce Australia Services program** **and help build and shape one of Australia's fastest growing employment services organisations that beats to an enterprising heart.
**About the Role**
As a leader, the Regional Manager motivates and coaches Mentors to provide an exceptional service to jobseekers to place them into sustainable employment. The Regional Manager is responsible for the delivery of Workforce Australia Services within the region, ensuring operational and contractual compliance and achieving financial targets and KPIs.
