- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Liaising with warehouse staff and following up on orders
- Assisting with showroom sales and e-commerce order fulfilment
- Attending events and training sessions
- Other duties as required

**Who you are?**
- Excellent time management skills with high attention to detailStrong Microsoft Office capabilities and confident learning new systems
- Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a fast paced role, able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
