Underwood Air Conditioning Warehouse is a large HVAC and Electrical wholesale business located in Underwood, QLD. We opened our doors in October 2023 and have since become a leading player in the supply of HVAC units and equipment to the trade industry.

We are currently looking to hire a new staff member for the role of Warehouse & Sales Administrator. In this role you will have several responsibilities ranging from servicing customers to handling warehouse duties.

Average Day in the Role;
- Servicing customers in store through our POS system to take orders and payments, and providing air-conditioning system information and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain show-room via regularly re-stocking shelves, and tidying up displays.
- Helping customers load air-conditioner units, parts, and supplies into their respective car/truck/van.
- Using forklifts and pallet jacks to transport pallets of goods.
- Unloading trucks and shipping containers when they arrive with stock orders.
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock.
- Strong sense of accountability and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Open to constructive feedback and coaching.
- Eager to learn and grow your skills and knowledge.
- Able to do regular lifting, including large and heavy boxes.
- Hold a valid Driver's License.
- Hold a valid Forklift License.
- Hold a LR Truck License (preferable but not required).
- Bilingual (Strong communication skills in writing/speaking/reading both English and Mandarin is preferable).
- Previous experience within a HVAC or Electrical business/s (preferable but not required).
- Previous experience within a sales role (preferable but not required).
- Previous experience within a warehouse/logistics role (preferable but not required).

Hours:
As a business we open from 7am to 5pm on Weekdays and 7am - 12pm on Saturdays. In this role you would work Monday through Friday, either on the early shift 7am - 3:30pm, or the late shift 8:30am - 5pm. You will also have the option to work Saturdays and be expected to whenever you are able, which is a 7am - 12pm shift. (Paid Separately from main salary).

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of $60,000pa + Super + Commissions.
