Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service in-store and the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Pick orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods safely and on time.
- Utilize our technology to track, submit, and complete delivery runs accurately.
- Assist with branch stock management activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and over-the-counter sales to customers.
- Support the team by being a positive and collaborative member.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided.
- Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems.
- A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Desire to develop a career either locally or within our network.
