Reporting to General Manager, Service Delivery, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on a range of Worker Screening, Right to Work and License to Operate people management activities across all UnitingCare Business Units.

Your part in our UnitingCare team

You will lead a team of three Advisors/Officers, driving established and newly identified change activities, whilst continuing to embed strong working practices for our Workforce Compliance Team and organisation, working closely with key stakeholders across all business units.

You will focus on:

- Leading a small team in their day-to-day delivery in answering and processing all workforce compliance related data and information requirements and enquiries.
- Providing advice to key stakeholders and support teams from across UnitingCare relating to Criminal History Screening, NDIS Workers Screening, and Blue Card related requirements.
- Interpreting legislative and regulatory changes to worker screening practices to support the business units and support functions in designing and embedding appropriate change strategies.
- Driving ongoing compliance across the business units to ensure services are meeting their license to operate requirements.
- Participating in audit related activities with business units, leveraging internal relationships within P&C to obtain appropriate data and advice as required.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and delegate workloads as required.
- Experience leading a small team and/or experience working closely with leadership teams would be beneficial.
