Based out of our purpose-built facilities in Salisbury, we are seeking an experienced
**Compliance Manager** to support our Brisbane and Perth campuses.

**The core purpose of the Everthought Compliance Manager will be to**:

- Engage quality assurance and compliance planning to ensure the RTO compliance requirements are met
- Develop any related quality management systems resulting in overall compliance for the RTO
- Build culture of quality, compliance and accountability
- Report all regulatory and contractual funding requirements
- Coordinate audit activity (internal and external resources)

**The Compliance Manager will have**:

- A thorough understanding of all RTO compliance requirements, including Standards for RTOs 2015, State Funding contracts, and CRICOS
- 5 + years of RTO Compliance experience, experience in assisting with audits
- Cert IV Training and Assessment or higher qualification
- Experience with Government contract management
- Experience in developing and implementing policy
- Experience in identifying and rectifying compliance risks.
