About the role

The People and Culture Lead supports the ACF Senior Leadership Team in all matters relating to the Human Resource activities of the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is deeply embedded through policies, performance and culture.

Part-time (0.6 FTE negotiable). Melbourne with flexible/remote working supported. Head office in East Melbourne.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Relevant professional experience with at least 5 years' experience in similar profession.
- Demonstrable ability to integrate and balance culture and values with legislation and best practice.
- Strong interpersonal and written skills and communication.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as ability to collaborate as part of a broader leadership team.
- Highly organised and able to move between tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work productively with time pressures while managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Ability to solve problems and use initiative when required.
- Ability to act with integrity and maintain appropriate discretion as required of the role.
- Must have the right to work in Australia and provide necessary documentation if requested.
