**Job Title**

Receptionist - Education Centre (Williams Landing)

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and organised receptionist to join our team at our **Williams Landing office**. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for students and parents at a leading tutoring centre committed to providing high-quality education and support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome students and families as they arrive
- Ensure students are able to enter the facility safely and on time
- Monitor arrivals and maintain a calm, friendly reception environment
- Liaise with staff to ensure smooth handover of student sessions
- Perform light administrative duties (e.g. marking attendance, handling enquiries)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Warm and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required

**Details**
- **Location**: Williams Landing
- **Hours**: Casual - weekends both Saturday and Sunday
- **Start date**: Immediate start available
