This is a full time permanent opportunity, the purpose of this role is to provide leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of a portfolio of large scale Supply Chain technology related outcomes, that impact our Distribution centres or Transport. The role will also provide a bridge between the executive leadership teams and the various programs and projects.

This role could be fully remote or hybrid from one of our offices across Australia. Travel will be required depending on projects.

**Responsibilities
- Provide intellectual leadership and direction on the performance of the program;
- Provide guidance and set benchmarks for performance in line with costs, timeframes and quality;
- Final accountability for a portfolio of projects through all phases from setup to delivery and post-handover;
- Manage / oversee the hiring and maintenance of a diverse and effective delivery team;
- Line management of a team of project managers, while providing down the line support;
- Represent the portfolio at all executive and governance forums;
- Ensure correct governance and assurance is maintained across the portfolio; and Ensure Customer(s) and Sponsor(s) remain aligned to the project delivery teams.

**About you**
- 7 to 10+ years experience in managing a portfolio of projects, or large transformational projects across a multi divisional organisation, delivering complex change into an operating business;
- Managed large projects with budgets over $20m, with multiple interdependencies;
- Strong commercial and business acumen;
- Leadership qualities, ability to gain trust through experience and engagement;
- Leadership and drive to build and maintain cohesive high performing teams;
- Takes ownership and responsibility for outcomes;
- Genuinely seeks ways for the team/business to succeed and grow/develop;
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all interactions, commitments and decision making;
- Works for team, not self;
- Strategic and tactical thinker;
- Resilient and seeks to build this capability in others;
- Ability to efficiently resolve issues, and be a sound decision maker; and Ability to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities.
