Technology Program Manager

About the RoleThe Business Analyst will analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the technology team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the development and delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality meets expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience on Technology projects related to Integration, APIs and Disaster Recovery.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
