Key Role:

  • Manages program activities that deliver technology solutions for Payments API platform team.
  • Responsible for establishing a new delivery model for Payments API (multiple squads).

Responsibilities:

  1. Drives a robust delivery cadence and tracking, including governance for the simplification program.
  2. Oversights end-to-end program design and delivery, including schedules, milestones, resources, vendor engagements, and contract management.
  3. Supports delivery teams with dependency mapping, manages key delivery dates and milestones, and oversees the E2E roadmap for the program.
  4. Manages all risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions within the program.
  5. Engages, informs, and influences stakeholders across business, technology, risk, finance, commercial, and other areas.
  6. Maintains strong governance, preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best-practice delivery.
  7. Optimizes program scope definition and delivery to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  8. Evaluates costs and benefits, forecasts program costs and benefits in line with the finance framework, and identifies opportunities for efficiency gains and continuous improvement.
