**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage allocations and logistics operations using the Allotrac system.
- Develop and lead a team to achieve business growth targets.
- Implement and optimise systems to support expansion into new markets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in allocations and logistics, preferably with expertise in the Allotrac system.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results autonomously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
