Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of allocated projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project outcomes meet quality, cost, and regulatory standards.

This is an exciting time for growth and development within our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work closely with Construction Leads to achieve required project outputs through effective planning and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
  • Developing daily, weekly and long-term project programs to achieve desired project outcomes with plant, labour, materials and resources.
  • Monitoring and reviewing costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects.
  • Contributing to the constructability of a project with respect to design development.
  • Evaluating tender submissions, awards, and subcontract procurement packages.
  • Ensuring the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against drawings and specifications and arranging corrections/modifications as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Analyzing and utilizing document and record management, progress and project performance reporting, and compliance reporting.
  • Managing work and the performance of Subcontractors and the self-perform workforce to achieve objectives.
  • Liaising and coordinating with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities, managing attendance on site as required.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience.
  • NSW Drivers Licence.
  • White Card.
