This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying $30.33 p/h + Super. This role is located in Pennant Hills.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Receptionist. This position is part of the Administration team involved in providing support services to enable the

efficient operation of the unit.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Perform reception duties by warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and employees, and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the respective recipients or departments promptly and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to filing, organizing documents, maintaining registers, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients within the organization.
- Assist with routine purchasing activities, such as placing orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and documenting meeting minutes as required.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operation of office equipment.
- Create and compile various documents, reports, and presentations using appropriate software tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain effective communication and coordination, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a frontline reception or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
