Bribie Respite and Support Services is currently looking to hire compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Worker's to join our team.

We currently provide services to clients in the Bribie Island and surrounds area and in this role, you will work closely with clients who have a complex mental health diagnoses. You will provide essential support in managing challenging behaviors and promoting the emotional and physical well-being of our clients.

You will need to have
- A disability or mental health qualification (Cert III or higher)
- A current police check (or willing to obtain)
- A Positive Notice Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR and First Aid
- A current driver's licence with reliable, insured vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- The capacity to work flexible hours on a roster system, including weekends, early mornings & overnight shifts

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Proof of Covid Vaccine (required)
- NDIS Workers Screening (Formally Yellow Card) (preferred)
- Cert 3 in Individual Support Disability or Mental Health (required)
