What's the opportunity?
As our Atlassian Product Lead, you'll make sure our Jira, Jira Align, Jira Service Management, and Confluence are set up and used in the smartest way to help Telstra Health deliver better, faster, and more collaboratively.
You'll bring business teams and tech experts together, manage the backlog, prioritise improvements, and keep governance tight—making sure every change adds real value.
About the role
Shape Atlassian tools to meet our business goals and delivery needs.
Create a clear product roadmap and set priorities each quarter.
Work closely with users, product managers, engineers, and delivery teams.
Be the go-to person for Atlassian improvements, balancing priorities and expectations.
Own and prioritise the Atlassian backlog, refining stories and epics.
Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensure all changes meet governance, security, and change management standards.
Promote best practice in configuring and using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and agile practices.
Document workflows, decisions, and standards in Confluence and support onboarding.
Deliver a clear, prioritised backlog that drives business value.
Boost adoption of Atlassian tools, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity.
About you
Experienced with Jira, Jira Align, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in agile enterprise environments through tool implementation, operationalisation, or maturity uplift projects as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead.
Skilled at translating business needs into user stories, workflows, and epics.
Hands-on experience configuring Jira, creating dashboards, reporting, and automation.
Confident communicator and collaborator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-600) and Agile/Product Owner credentials (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus.
Healthcare experience is highly valued.
