The Role Front Office ReceptionistDiscovery Parks Rockhampton is seeking a welcoming Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our park.
You will provide excellent customer service, process guest check-ins and outs, make reservations, and complete day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Provide high standard of customer serviceProcess guest check-ins and check-outsAccurately use booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinate with Housekeeping team to track accommodation readinessSupply guests with information about property and local attractionsComplete day-to-day office administration tasksMaintain great working relationships with park staff, residents, and guests Requirements Previous Front Office experience in hospitalityPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesProficient computer skills and knowledge of RMS or similar systemExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAccurately handle cash transactionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEnthusiastic, positive attitudeFlexible availability for weekends, holidays, and eveningsCurrent driver's license Benefits Discounted stays at over 300 G'day Group holiday parksDiscounts from G'day Rewards partnersService recognition awardsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramInternal promotion opportunitiesBefore receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records.This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.The G'day Group acknowledges the increasing global expectation to demonstrate our approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risk factors and sustainability in our daily operations and ongoing decision making.
