Business Strategy Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Business Strategy Advisor to drive business growth and provide strategic advice for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze organizational structures, policies, systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide objective advice and develop recommendations on organizational change, restructuring, and resource optimization.
  • Assist senior management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and business plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement new systems, processes, and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance.
  • Advise on business improvement initiatives including workforce planning, operational performance, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and business cases with practical and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide ongoing support where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum years of advisory/management consulting experience in a similar role.
