RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use in-depth knowledge of Ritchie Bros. selling solutions and platforms, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Customers
- Hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by maintaining relationships and drive revenue growth with Playbook customers assigned to AM
- Leverage internal and external tools to educate Customers on all Ritchie Bros. multichannel solutions and ensure best in class customer experience
- Partner with BDM to maintain relationships with new customers and sustain ongoing business
- Utilize Salesforce to document and drive the sales process with customers
- Effectively manage your time and activity to meet the day-to-day needs of existing and new customers and accounts
- Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions, and sales

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years' experience in quota-driven sales (Industry experience/knowledge preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated & action-oriented
- Keen customer focus, develop newly assigned accounts while enhancing customer relationships with existing accounts
