Key Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business expansion
  • Business Planning:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and forecasts
  • Product Management:
    • Manage the lifecycle of infusion technology products from development to launch
  • Customer Support:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within medical devices or a related field
  • Experience with infusion technology is highly desirable, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in Adobe software packages such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Excellent sales and customer relationship management abilities
