Audio Editor Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Audio Editor to join our team and take our podcast production to the next level. The ideal candidate will own the technical execution of our shows, from recording and editing to quality control and publishing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of podcast sessions setup and recording, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality audio capture
  • Edit, mix and master episodes with professional sound quality, pacing, and flow
  • Incorporation of intros, outros, music beds, ad spots, transitions and community contributions as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in producing podcasts or audio content from concept to delivery
  • Proficiency in audio editing tools (e.g. Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.)
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
