Reporting to the Project HSE Superintendent, your ability to influence behaviours and drive sustainable change will ensure your success in the role. As a member of the onsite HSE team, you will enjoy being out in the field, where you will provide an exemplary standard of coaching and SME advice.

**About The Project**:
The scope of the works involves the expansion of Cockburn Cement Limited's (CCL) cement operations at Kwinana, WA. This includes new grinding circuits and raw material storage and reclamation system designed to produce several different cement products for the local market. The facility will incorporate 2 new 100 tph ball mill grinding circuits feeding into 6 new 3,200 tonne finished product silos with truck out loading.

**Key Details**:
**_ Roster: _**_Monday to Friday (potential Saturday)_

**_ Length of Project: _**_12 months_

**_ Location: _**_Leath Road, Kwinana WA_

**What will your day look like?**
- Provide out in the field SME advice as required and be called upon as a true "Construction Team Partner".
- Support the project team with compliance and site documentation requirements.
- Undertake required audits and participate in audits as required.
- Maintain ISO accreditation documentation and requirements.
- Assist with SIMPEC's internal and external audit and inspection processes.
- Coordinate incident reporting and investigation processes ensuring all incidents are investigated and closed out appropriately.

**Bringing the following skills with you will ensure your success and the success of our teams**:

- Minimum of Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
- Experience within the resources sector.
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
