**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised
**Rental & Sales Coordinator **to provide professional, accurate and timely services to our customers. As a key part of our SA team you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensure rental and sales activities are coordinated efficiently. Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer rental and sales enquiries
- Supporting the sales team with timely information on availability and pricing
- Processing hire agreements from order through to invoicing
- Assisting with coordination of transport for equipment deliveries and collections
- Providing outstanding service to our new and existing customers
- Raise purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Suporting the SA sales team with administrative tasks
- Local branch administration (walk-in enquiries, petty cash etc)

**About You**
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- **Previous experience working within a rental or hire company**:

- **Previous experience within rental/sales coordination**:

- Experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of basic financial administrative including invoicing
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong MS Suite skills
