Overview
We are seeking an experienced co-host for our partner in the Holiday Rental industry. This role involves co-hosting short-term or holiday rentals in Australia. The pay is AUD 400-800 monthly depending on experience and working hours. Candidates must have previous working experience in hosting holiday rentals or Airbnb.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from various communication channels promptly and professionally.
Utilize previous co-hosting experience in the industry (e.g., Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com) to enhance service delivery.
Escalate complex inquiries to relevant team members or contractors as needed.
Schedule property inspections and meetings.
Perform cold calling to potential clients or partners.
Update and clean up databases regularly.
Prepare and send rental applications and agreements.
Follow up with clients via message or email to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Schedule key handovers and coordinate entry, exit, and routine checks for properties.
Arrange and follow up on maintenance checks.
Edit and manage property listings on online platforms.
Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform other co-host duties as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a co-host or in a similar role, specifically in the Holiday Rental or Airbnb industry.
Must have experience in Airbnb co-hosting.
Must have experience with OTA, extranets, and Airbnb management software.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in scheduling, database management, and handling customer inquiries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Need to be fully available and highly responsive during work hours.
Nice to Have
Ability to speak and write in Chinese.
Familiarity with the Australian holiday rental market and property management practices.
