Rental Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Rental Sales Representative to join our team at Sunshine Coast Airport. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be required to process car rental bookings and paperwork efficiently, inspect vehicles for damage, and provide attentive customer support for all enquiries. You will also be expected to proactively identify opportunities to upgrade customers on arrival and meet and exceed company KPIs and goals set by management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive outlook and a bright and friendly personality. You should also have experience in car rentals or a similar environment and outstanding customer service and sales skills - both face-to-face and over the phone.

  • Key Responsibilities:
