**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Development Programs Advisor to vet and process expression of interest enquiries, making sure they meet the criteria for that particular program.

**About the Role**
- Provide high quality specialist advice and support to ensure the provision of quality customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative people (or HR) related solutions that address business, functional or departmental priorities. These should be informed by knowledge, best-practice research, and benchmarking.
- Contribute to the establishment of strategic partnerships across other functional areas
- Contribute to the development of, and adherence to regular evaluation practices that identify return on investment, impact and overall initiative success.
- Provide prompt and accurate reports and feedback to the supervisor regarding progress and achievements towards goals and emerging issues that could adversely affect the team/unit's delivery of agreed business targets

**About You**
- Learning and Development background would be preferred
- Gov experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of any learning management experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
