Overview Service Contracts AdministratorWe are working with an organisation within the Automotive industry to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a 6-month contract.
This organisation is located in Mulgrave and will offer two days working from home after the initial training period.
This role will be working within the Aftermarket parts team supporting with contracts for inclusions to both B2B and B2C customers.
This role would suit someone with either Automotive experience, Contracts experience or Finance experience with excellent administration skills and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities Using templates to action inclusions on contractsBoth B2B and B2C contract arrangementsWork with dealerships to communicate contract inclusions in the event that there is a claimHigh levels excel usage, must be advanced skill levelCommunication with dealerships and internal staff, such as marketing and customer serviceProvide light invoicing duties, including a backlog of invoicingImproving processes and making suggestions for workflow.
Qualifications Open to background of Automotive, Contract Administration or FinanceExcellent attention to detailGood communication skillsAbility to learn on the jobAdvanced excel skills - there will be testing during interview process Details Mulgrave location, parking onsiteThe successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle as it's not close to public transportHybrid working model after training - two days from homeHourly rate $45/hour + superImmediate start or a short notice period required6 months contractIf this role sounds like you, please apply today as we will be reviewing applications as they are received.
