Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing new client contracts, and arranging execution and exchange of each contract.
  • Managing, maintaining, and reviewing existing client contracts.
  • Planning and undertaking administration of contracts, including:
    • Service Agreements
    • Building Agreements
    • Maintenance Contracts
    • Subcontract Agreement

Acting as the link between the company and its clients, ensuring the business gains the most benefit from every contract.

  • Overseeing proposal planning and administration of contracts.
  • Serving as the point of contact for third parties on contractual matters, including evaluating performance, addressing inquiries, arbitrating disputes, and ensuring timely review and approval/reconciliation of variations.
  • Attending client meetings with management as necessary.
  • Assisting in project management for clients.
  • Liaising with the Director and clients to resolve requests and queries promptly, including escalation when appropriate.
  • Being fully conversant with company practices and procedures.
  • Overseeing office activity in conjunction with management.
  • Preparing reports on contract procurement, negotiation, performance, costs, and variations.
  • Ensuring signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility and implementation support.
  • Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in line with company policy, and contributing to or influencing company policies as appropriate.
