About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a flair for people to join our energetic and dynamic HR & People Team. We are looking for someone who can quickly become invested in the business and its effervescent culture. Your passion and desire to understand the business, ability to think strategically, love of a challenge and the ability to thrive in an organisation which is constantly changing will ensure your success.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail whilst being balanced with a confident, friendly and approachable manner. It is critical to have the maturity to interact and engage with all levels of the business and drive to be a part of a successful business and passionate People team.

HR Initiatives
General HR tasks

About You

You will have strong HR knowledge and similar experience in HR Coordinator capacity. You will be keen to work closely with the busy team in an ever-changing environment and will have a high level of drive and energy, whilst being adaptable and versatile to juggle multiple tasks. You will thrive in collaborating not only with members of the HR team, but the broader business to assist in delivering people initiatives.
