Australia's transport sector invests almost $50 million pa in the Bureau, enabling us to create and deliver products and services that are essential to safe and prosperous operations and businesses.

Forecast and other services developed and delivered by our Aviation, Land and Maritime Transport team (ALMT) support transport operations across more than 10% of the globe, from Indonesia to Antarctica. Our many customers include airlines, airports, Airservices Australia, balloon pilots, emergency services, railway operators, road and bridge constructors, Antarctic expeditioners and the Australian Transport Safety Bureau.

The Bureau seeks a high-performing General Manager to steward the 120-strong ALMT team, which operates largely from Brisbane and Melbourne on 24 hrs-a-day, 365 days-a-year basis. Via contributions to the Business Solutions Group Leadership Team and Bureau Senior Leadership Team, you will influence the culture and direction of the Bureau nationally.
