We have a _6 month contract_ for a Warehouse Manager

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
**Description**
- Monitor space and track stock levels, ensuring that both short and long-term needs are reported.
- Ensure warehouse operations are conducted both safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products are received and checked against Purchase Order receipts, monitoring for any discrepancies and escalating where necessary.
- Ensure all Inventory has a defined location and maintain the Identified Inventory Location System.
- Manage operational logistics including fleet maintenance.
- Actively achieve warehouse targets, logistics of deadlines and required time-frames for pick-up and delivery.
- Communicating with Sales & Operations staff regarding any back-orders or items that cannot be fulfilled by the required date.
- Leading by example in relation to Company policies including Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.

**_About You:_**
- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced warehouse.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive warehouse improvements and efficiencies.
- Proven experience in working with warehouse management systems.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy levels are maintained to a high standard.
- Support, mentor and audit of warehousing operations, inclusive of service branches and regional supply hubs
- Manage inventory settings for the business via the material planning function
- Provide recommendations to management for treatment plans for slow moving and obsolete inventory
