About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock safely and effectively.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure compliance and safety requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and invoices, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Participate in regular stocktakes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, streamlining operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
