Department Overview The International Government Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programmes and tactics across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Carribean regions. A core focus of the department is to drive customer advocacy, account engagement, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all regional marketing strategy, development programs and campaigns including field marketing support, accountbased marketing, content generation, thought leadership initiatives, enablement, customer experiences, events, & marketing ROI metrics.
**Job Description**:
We are recruiting for an experienced marketer who be an individual contributor and support the growth strategy of the International Direct and Government business through compelling and engaging content that communicates our value propositions, drives awareness and creates demand for our products and solutions.

As International Customer Insights Marketing you will

Develop and execute accountbased strategies for demand generation campaigns.

Develop an indepth understanding of customer and prospect requirements and represent the voice of the customerprospect within the organisation.

Provide effective sales and marketing tools that enable the sales teams to successfully win new business.

Be a dynamic creator of materials used by our business. Must demonstrate strong curiosity in and understanding of public safety and national security markets, and an ability to translate this interest into thoughtprovoking materials, such as white papers, infographics, articles, social media posts, etc, to drive interest through education.

Develop and orchestrate the accountbased marketing strategy in partnership with Sales, Digital Campaigns and Field Marketing, to achieve business goals.

Manage stakeholders, forging strong working relationships across global marketing, PR and International sales leadership.

Understand Motorola Solutions government markets and their evolving needs for missioncritical technologies.

Partner with Sales Strategy and regional stakeholders to drive solution sales enablement activities.

Basic Requirements

Experience of professional content writing and marketing experience in the technology industry preferably in B2B.

Broad technology awareness with a passion and specific knowledge for digital communications, networking technologies and softwareasaservice.

Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts, customer benefits, and operational value.

An established track record of developing impactful marketing content from conception through to execution.

Experienced in English language copywriting and editing whilst adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines.

Experience of product marketing in a B2B environment is preferred. Bachelors Degree B.S. B.A. required; relevant fields of study include Marketing, International Studies and Business.
