We are a dynamic, forward-thinking, and publicly listed technology company driving innovation in information and communication technology.We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Channel Partner Sales Coordinator to strengthen our Channel Sales team.
You will work closely with our Channel Partner Managers across the EMEA region and have the opportunity to develop into the role of Channel Partner Manager.
This position can be based in either our Hedel or Halmstad location.
Please indicate in your application which location you are applying for.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of our channel sales across the EMEA regionWork hand-in-hand with our Channel Managers to ensure smooth partner collaborationManage and support smaller channel partnersAssist with CRM maintenance and Power BI reporting to support data-driven decisionsCollaborate with the marketing team on regional campaigns and initiativesHelp qualify and coordinate high-level channel leadsContribute to achieving company KPIs through operational excellenceYour QualificationsCompleted training/studies in the commercial or technical field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or business informaticsStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable working with technology and software (experience is a plus)Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skillsFluency in Dutch and/or Swedish, and English, both written and spoken; German is a plusSome experience or genuine interest in salesA passion for learning and professional developmentA natural talent for building and nurturing relationshipsWillingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA regionBenefitsMentoring program and structured onboardingDiverse, international environment with Swedish corporate cultureFlexible and mobile working (2 days per week)Further development programs (Growth Academy, specialist career path, management career path)Commitment to sustainabilityAbout The ApplicationHMS is an equal opportunity employer.
